Heyma is available
for local and international travel to assess the needs and benefits
of yoga training for corporations and businesses. She will provide
a written plan tailored to the specific requirements of the group
and facilitate implementation. Cost varies due to location.
A "corporate" yoga class with Heyma can provide professionals the tools to effectively
cope with and release physical and mental stress and is especially
beneficial for fast paced, high demanding jobs. Yoga creates a
heightened awareness of the integral connection between all beings,
it enhances the ability to focus, facilitates clear communication,
and improves skills to achieve individual and organizational goals.
How
does it work?
All that is
required for the class is floor space either in a main office
or conference room. Carpeted floors are preferable, though not
essential. Simple props such as blankets and chairs further enhance
the benefits of the asanas or poses, loose comfortable clothing
is optimal and large meals should be avoided prior to class.
No
prior experience is necessary
Programs can
be tailored to individual company's needs and a group rate is
